About this calculator
All seven AnooreHR target markets: Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, South Africa, Egypt, Morocco and Rwanda. Nigeria uses the NTA 2025 brackets effective 2026-01-01. The others use the dominant published brackets at time of writing — see the in-product payslip simulator for date-routed, profile-pack-accurate computation.
Where a country profile pack is still being finalised in the AnooreHR product, we mark the calculator as Preview. Brackets and reliefs are based on official published rates, but they aren't yet stamped with a profile-pack hash — that happens once the country goes live in the product.
No — this calculator shows net pay to the employee. Employer-side costs (pension match, payroll taxes, levies like NSITF/ITF/UIF/SDL/SSNIT Tier 2) are computed separately in the full AnooreHR payroll engine.
Real payslips prorate mid-year joiners, handle back-pay, recover previous-period adjustments, and apply employer-specific basic/housing/transport splits. This calculator uses simplified pensionable-pay approximations for quick estimates.
