Which African countries does AnooreHR support?

Seven markets are on the roadmap: Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa, Egypt, Morocco, Rwanda and Ghana. Nigeria is fully live today — PAYE (Finance Act 2020 and NTA 2025), Pension, NHF, NSITF, ITF, VAT and WHT are all automated. Ghana and Kenya ship next via country profile packs in 2026; South Africa, Egypt, Morocco and Rwanda follow. The architecture is plugin-per-country, so adding a new country is a configuration change, not an engineering project.

How does the country profile pack architecture work?

Every tax rate, bracket, levy, statutory filing and chart of accounts lives in versioned JSON files per country. At signup, we auto-load the pack for your country — whether that's Nigeria's PAYE engine, Kenya's SHIF, South Africa's UIF/SDL, Egypt's social insurance, Morocco's CNSS/IR, Rwanda's RSSB or Ghana's SSNIT. Regulatory changes ship as profile-pack updates, usually within 30 days of gazette publication — no redeploys, no migrations, no downtime.

Can I migrate from QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or spreadsheets?

Yes. We provide a guided CSV importer for employees, chart of accounts, opening balances, and historical transactions. On Growth and above, we handle the migration for you.

Do you support multiple companies under one group?

Yes — it is one of our differentiators. Business tier includes up to 10 companies; Enterprise is unlimited with full intercompany transactions, elimination entries, and consolidated financial reports.

PostgreSQL row-level security isolates every company's data. PII (national IDs, bank accounts) is encrypted at rest with AES-256. JWT auth in httpOnly cookies. GDPR-aligned anonymisation on deletion request.

Yes. Every employee gets a self-service portal — view payslips, request leave, update personal info, e-sign documents, claim expenses. It works on the phone they already have.
