Multi-tenant RLS on 47 tables

Row-level security enforced at the PostgreSQL layer across all company-scoped data. Cross-company data leaks are structurally impossible, not just prevented by the app.

PII encryption at rest

NIN, bank account, BVN, and NHIS ID fields are now encrypted at rest using Fernet. Ciphertext-only in the database, transparent to the app.

Fixed: refresh-token rotation 401 loop

JWTs were signed without a random jti claim, so two tokens issued within the same second collided on the refresh blacklist. Added UUID jti — login sessions are now stable.
